Keplo is operated by Keplo LLC ("Keplo", "we", "us"), a company registered in Wyoming, USA, with its registered office at 1603 Capitol Ave, Ste 512C, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through keplo.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as the relationship requires.

Information we collect

• Details you provide. When you apply for access, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, work email address, the brand or company you represent, an indication of revenue range, the marketplaces and products (ASINs) you sell, and anything you choose to tell us about your situation.
• Basic usage data. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic. It does not use cookies, does not build advertising profiles, and is not used to identify you.

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this site.

How we use it

• To review your application and assess whether we are a fit to work together.
• To contact you about your application and, with your agreement, follow up.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.

For visitors in the EEA and UK, our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects.

Who processes it

We share data only with service providers who help us run Keplo — currently our hosting provider (Vercel), our database provider (Supabase), and our email provider (Resend) — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. These providers are based in the United States; where personal data of UK/EEA individuals is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum).

How long we keep it

We keep application details for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your enquiry, and then for a reasonable period for our records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will — promptly and without fuss.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email support@keplo.com. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
